The Challenge
To remodel an existing commercial building in Shanghai’s most prosperous area, while being subject to China’s most stringent domestic building standards. Our team was entrusted with the comprehensive design and medical planning for the clinic.
The Design Solution
The facility integrates high-quality health care, patient-centered concepts and personalized design. It features five key departments including same-day surgery, endoscopy, specialist clinic, high-end physical examinations and cosmetic medicine, in addition to 11 other professional departments. All departments are equipped with advanced medical diagnostic equipment.
The Design Impact
The Lanhai Medical Center is the world’s largest clinic, a high-end facility that serves the Shanghai Lujiazui Financial District. The project increases the client’s brand recognition while establishing their reputation for quality services.
