Colin Boylan is a Principal and Design Director at the HKS London office. As cross-sector design director, Colin brings wide-ranging experience and a bespoke crafted design focus to a broad spectrum of project typologies spanning residential, commercial, education, health, urban design and masterplanning. He has also lectured at several UK universities.
