Cecil Bakalor

Cecil Bakalor is a Senior Urban Designer and Principal at HKS. An architect, he creates designs that are rooted in the character of the place and that improve the communities they serve. Cecil has worked on a variety of master plans, such as award-winning Battery Park City in New York. The South Africa native teaches a popular urbanism course at Fordham University.
